How is this feature activated. I am using the most recent version on Android. It whows 360 View options in the settings, but seems to suggest that this feature is only accessible for certain codes. How does one enable this feature for a personal code?

I just learned about this today after wondering what the coloured square was . This technology should be legislated to be on all products on sale in the UK. Can you set the app to recognise personal food allergies, ie . If you had a nut allergy it would give the warning after the scan ? Anyway top product , 👍

Wir haben mehrere Produktmarken, die ihren Paketen Codes hinzufügen. P&G fügt sie in Produkte wie Ariel ein und sie werden bald in Supermärkten in ganz Europa erhältlich sein. Pantene befindet sich derzeit im Vereinigten Königreich, wird aber bald auf weitere Orte ausgeweitet. Hier in Spanien sind einige Produkte wie Nivea oder Bimbo hinzugekommen. Nach und nach hoffen wir, dass NaviLens zum Standard wird und alle Produkte erreicht. Ok, why don't you have any GitHub repo or some documentation how to read the code? What can I do if I wish to create my own mobile app that can read and use NaviLens like as usual QR codes?
Because they are proprietary. It's not an open standard like QRCode or many other matrix codes. It seems that they want to hide this fact and pretend to be "free".

@@NaviLens estoy probando vuestro sistema que habéis instalado en Donosti y desde un bus en movimiento he escaneado vuestro código perfectamente,me parece una idea muy interesantes ,no se podría instalar donde estén los códigos de navilens unas balizas tipo esp32 con bluetooth o wifi,ya que tiene ese módulo esas dos características,para que avisen de la presencia de los códigos,si no tengo que estar todo el día con el móvil buscando,un saludo y genial producto

They have just started adding these code on DLR train stations in London. I was curious what they were so downloaded the app. It's an incredible idea, so clever. It's amazing how many variants you can have. 4 to the power of 25 is an incredibly high number even though you have 1 pattern set in all 4 rotations so you have to divide that number by 4. Still trillions of possibilities. I can see this technology being being handy in far more areas than the original idea. I work on the railway so we have a lot of trackside assets that have a lot of information related to each asset. Having the ability to put a Navilens code on each asset that, when scanned, brings up all the information on that asset. I got a pack of personal codes but as it doesn't save the data to a cereal database, the data can only be accessed with a single phone. I hope that, in the future, it's possible to add Coes to the database so everyone can access the info.

No tiene mala pinta. Pero, siendo ciegos los usuarios que los utilizarán, ¿cómo se sabe que el código está de pie y no tumbado; es decir, cómo se sabe que está recto? Porque tomando un código cualquiera, y girándolo por ejemplo 90º, ya sería otro. No sé si me explico, pero mi duda es conocer cómo se sabe que están bien posicionados.

Los códigos que se implantan en espacios públicos los colocan gente profesional en los lugares estratégicos y de la forma correcta para que sean usados por personas con discapacidad visual. Por otro lado, los códigos para uso personal no importa en la posición en que se encuentren, se leen perfectamente con cualquier inclinación. Gracias por responder. Aunque no me refiero a la inclinación con la que proyectes el haz visual del móvil. Me refiero en sí al propio cuadradito. Y sobre todo, como bien indicáis, a los códigos que no colocan profesionales en fachadas, carteles y demás (que ahí es evidente que los posicionarán bien). Un mismo código no tiene la misma combinatoria en su distribución de colores si se lee desde arriba, o desde abajo, o desde un lado, o desde el otro (hay 4 posibilidades de lectura; es más, en cuanto se lee desde otra perspectiva ya se convierte en otro código).
@@danielmorenopuntero9828 Hola buenos días. Me refería a que se leen perfectamente desde cualquier inclinación que tenga el código. Se pueden leer estando el código inclinado a 160º respecto a tu cámara, y si está volteado (la parte de abajo hacia arriba por ejemplo). El código se va a detectar igualmente en cualquiera de las 4 posibilidades de lectura que mencionas. Puedes comprobarlo tú mismo solicitando gratuitamente los códigos para uso personal desde la app NaviLens.
